Description

Volleyball is a team sport that demands specific mental, psychological, and technical abilities. Participation in volleyball, both recreationally and competitively, necessitates relevant knowledge and experience for players to effectively meet the evolving demands of each game. This textbook comprises four sections and is intended for students who will be involved in volleyball, aiming to introduce them to the sport, guide them, and provide answers to questions they may encounter as physical education teachers and coaches. We believe that both aspiring physical education teachers and coaches will find the necessary answers within this book concerning the technical and tactical analysis of volleyball, thereby acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the sport.
