4. Payment Methods / Transaction Security
The available payment methods in the new e-shop are:
- Online Card Payments: Via a secure online connection for credit/debit cards. Transactions are conducted through certified platforms, ensuring the security of your data.

5. Shipping & Delivery Methods
The website offers the following shipping methods:
- Shipping by Courier
- For orders within Greece (up to 2 kg), a fixed shipping cost of 5€ applies.
- For orders within Greece (up to 2 kg) over 50€, shipping is free.
- For orders outside Greece, shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the recipient's country zone, according to the pricing guidelines of the partner courier company. In this case, you will be informed of the shipping cost before finalizing your order.
- Store Pickup:
- Orders can be picked up from our physical stores. In this case, the customer will be informed about the order status both by phone and electronically from the e-shop.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy
Customers have the option to return or exchange products for any reason, provided they immediately inform the company:
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days from the order receipt date.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging intact and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- In case of return due to delay, damage, or a defective product, the return cost is covered by the company. In all other cases, the return cost is borne by the customer.
- For hygiene reasons, returns of apparel are not accepted.
7. Right of Withdrawal
According to current consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without needing to state a reason. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service department and follow the instructions provided.
